Job summary

Mity-Lite, based in Utah, is seeking a shipping operator to support outbound movements and inventory control. The role operates on first shift, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with some overtime and flexibility as needed.

You will handle forklift operations, ensure accurate labeling and inventory, and collaborate with Logistics, Shipping Team Members and Operations to meet daily shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment focused on outbound shipments.
• Ability to balance current workload while planning ahead.
• Pay attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and outbound shipping schedules with Logistics and Operations.
• Verify inventory accuracy and proper part identification labels.
• Operate a forklift and material handling equipment.
• Input and process shipments in computer systems.
• Maintain stock levels, inventories and locations.
• Maintain communication with Team Leads and Purchasing.
• Suggest schedule changes to improve workflow.
• Maintain safety, productivity and quality standards.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe.
