We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented shipping and logistics lead to handle the management of our daily customer orders including the organization and printing, as well as coordination with our shipping providers.

Your days will consist of…

1. Oversee the end-to-end process of printing and managing customer pick lists and shipping labels, including sorting, batching, tagging, and workflow optimization.
2. Partner with the customer experience team to address high-priority customer requests, resolve rogue orders and exceptions, and enhance service reliability.
3. Implement proactive strategies to track, analyze, and correct shipping discrepancies, driving continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot shipping equipment to ensure seamless daily operations and minimize downtime.
5. Act as a key problem-solver in shipping operations, identifying the root causes of logistics disruptions and implementing long-term preventative measures.
6. Lead the management of multi-retailer order processing and ensure compliance across various platforms and systems.
7. Work closely with key stakeholders across customer experience, operations, finance, and fulfillment to drive operational excellence.
8. Drive the expansion of carrier coverage by analyzing zip code performance, optimizing cost-efficiency, and ensuring seamless fulfillment balancing while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.
9. Manage the expansion of existing carrier zip codes and evaluate new carriers based on cost, fulfillment balancing, and customer experience.
10. Oversee modifications to standard carrier shipment schedules during peak periods, ensuring operational continuity in partnership with fulfillment teams.
11. Execute weekly work order builds in NetSuite, ensuring precise documentation of lot dates, inventory allocation, and production quantities.
12. Maintain a balance between hands-on execution and strategic oversight, with the ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time while managing critical logistics systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, required
2. Associate Degree, a plus
3. Strong computer, systems, and analytical skills
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. At least one year of experience with an ERP system such as NetSuite
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication
7. Ability to multitask and handle various tasks throughout your work day and be deadline-oriented
