Job summary

• Liaison between site shipping and Global Logistics.

• Process domestic and international shipping paperwork.
• Review open orders and meet ship dates.
• Coordinate freight with carriers; optimize rates.
• Ensure freight payments follow policy and audit bills.
• Document new/changed procedures and train as needed.
• Maintain 98% shipping compliance and report metrics.
