Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, receive deliveries, register them, and distribute packages within the company.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to create space for incoming items.
• Maintain shipping records by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
• Help package and prepare orders for shipment.
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
• Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints to resolve them.
