Pexco is seeking a Shipping Associate to support manufacturing operations by accurately staging, packaging, documenting, and shipping finished products to customers. You will collaborate with production, quality, and customer service to ensure on-time, correct shipments while maintaining safety and inventory control.

Your role involves loading/unloading, verifying quantities, and helping maintain organized shipping areas.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED, 3 Years of manufacturing experience in a factory setting.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Certified tow motor operator.
• Ability to drive a box truck is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, package, label, and stage finished goods for shipment in accordance with customer specifications and company standards.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and shipment documentation to ensure order accuracy.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities to meet customer delivery schedules and production requirements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, cycle counts, and inventory transactions within the ERP or inventory management system.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service teams to prioritize shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Organize and maintain shipping and staging areas to support efficient workflow and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with receiving, inventory control, and warehouse activities as needed.
• Investigate and report shipping errors, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and carrier issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
