Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ subsidiary Silvus Technologies in Culver City seeks a Shipping Associate-I to manage outbound shipments, packaging, and related paperwork. The role reports to the Shipping Manager and is on-site, with a 5:00 am to 1:30 pm schedule at the warehouse in Culver City.

Responsibilities include packing, inspecting, and preparing shipping docs for domestic and international orders, managing packaging inventories, coordinating transportation, and handling trade-show logistics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years shipping experience; domestic and international.
• Experience shipping in manufacturing environment.
• Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations.
• Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and possess a clean driving record.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
