Job summary

KYOCERA SENCO Industrial Tools in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to ensure inventory is shipped promptly and accurately. You will track shipments in accordance with company standards and coordinate with Customer Service and Sales to handle rush and emergency orders.

Responsibilities include scheduling pickup with carriers, entering orders into JDE, creating BOLs, and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous experience is highly preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience with JDE is strongly preferred.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Has a strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Works with the shipping carrier to schedule inventory pick-up.
• Work closely with Customer Service to push through any order requests, for example, emergency requests, cancel requests, or rush requests.
• Pull delivery receipts and upload and file them in the correct location.
• Communicate frequently between SENCO’s Customer Service team and Sales Team.
• Communicate professionally to both internal and external customers.
• Print and input customer orders into JDE.
• Create BOL’s.
• Do other duties as assigned.
