Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring for a Production Warehouse Shipping Loader on the second shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves moving glass, labeling, quality checks, and ensuring smooth product flow in a fast-paced facility.

You must be able to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work rotating tasks. We offer a night shift, OT as needed, and benefits starting day one, plus incentive programs tied to individual and team performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Able to push weights greater than 150 lbs with a team.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to communicate as a member of a team.
• Must be able to read and interpret labels and paperwork.
• Flexible work availability, typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport of materials between positions to expedite production.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Regular and predictable attendance and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Who You Are:

You are a product moving master. You thrive in a team setting and want the team to succeed.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials, including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job
