Shipping Loader (Manual Loader: 07:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.) (Sales)

The Shipping Loader is responsible for ensuring trailers are loaded correctly and in a timely manner. This includes scanning all items such as cabinets, accessories, and tops before loading onto the trailer, ensuring proper cubing of the trailer, minimizing damages, and confirming that all loads are complete and well secured for transit.

Job Duties:

1. Load trucks manually daily.
2. Monitor each cabinet to verify proper trailer placement based on labels.
3. Oversee the loading and stacking of cabinets to maximize cube space and prevent damage.
4. Assist in verifying that all accessories are audited individually during trailer closing.
5. Ensure each cabinet is loaded onto the correct trailer.
6. Verify all documentation for trailer blocking, including taking photos, at the end of the loading process.
7. Complete and submit all necessary check sheets for each load to management.
8. Assist in training new and current employees on procedures.
9. Perform special packaging duties as needed.
10. Work in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
11. Provide assistance to other production functions as requested.
