Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year experience in forklift driving.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Experience with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move pipe and materials to and from production areas, pads, scales, and warehouse and to load/unload trucks.
• Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or records.
• Affix shipping labels or stencil shipping information on cartons and containers.
• Assemble containers and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and supervise loading activities.
• Train and direct temporary workers and new hires.
