YOUR KEY ROLE IN DELIVERING EXCELLENCE:

As our Shipping Loader Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our outbound logistics, ensuring our commitment to quality reaches every customer:

• Expert Loading: Skillfully load pallets and pipes onto delivery trucks, verifying product accuracy and maintaining our high-quality standards.
• Secure & Safe Transit: Meticulously secure all loads using best practices to prevent any damage during transit – your attention to detail here is paramount.
• Versatile Warehouse Support: When not loading, proactively assist in other essential warehouse duties, including picking and shipping customer orders, receiving incoming stock, and efficiently stocking shelves.
• Champion of Safety & Organization: Actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, contributing to a productive space for all stakeholders.
• Skilled Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment (like Combilift, Order Picker, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck).

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR INDIANAPOLIS TEAM (ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS):

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• A solid track record of at least 1 year of prior warehouse experience.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and other essential warehouse machinery (familiarity with Combilift, Order Picker, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck is highly valued).
• Excellent customer service skills, coupled with a sharp focus on detail.
• Dependable attendance and a strong motivation to train, learn new processes, and grow with us.
• The physical stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts and consistently lift heavy loads.
• Proficiency in using computers for basic tasks and comfortable handling tools requiring manual dexterity.
• The ability to work effectively and comfortably in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
