Third Coast is seeking a Shipping Operator (A) to lead the shipping operations team and drive continuous improvement in plant operation, maintenance, and safety performance.

Responsibilities include leading picking/packing/shipping tasks, safe forklift handling, and mentoring shipping operators. Strong leadership, communication, and ERP data-recording skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must multitask, stay organized, and display initiative.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience with ERP systems and data entry is needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead tasks in picking, packing, labeling and shipping operations.
• Perform forklift loading/unloading safely and per regulations.
• Provide direction and training to shipping operators and act as step-up supervisor.
• Inspect packages, paperwork, and loading vehicles for damages or discrepancies.
• Record warehouse inventory movements in the ERP system and on purchase/sales orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve missing or mislabelled items.
