Aerotek in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Lead Shipping Clerk for the first shift on a contract-to-hire basis. The role oversees daily warehouse shipping/receiving, maintains detailed logs, and prepares packing lists and shipping documents with precision.

The position requires ERP experience (Syteline), familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx software, forklift operation, and strong numeracy. Onsite work with competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and oversee daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain shipping logs and filing of shipping records.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping docs accurately.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies in shipments and tagging.
• Close aftermarket and stock jobs, coordinate with inventory and production.
• Ship orders after verifying item and lot numbers match requirements.
• Track inventory movements in Syteline ERP and maintain stock levels.
• Perform cycle counts and assist full physical inventory counts.
