The Wonderful Company is seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee all forklift operators in our distribution center, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to standard procedures and BRC initiatives. The Lead also performs driver duties when needed and provides direction to the team.
Compensation for the role is $22.00-$27.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. The position requires leadership, shipping knowledge, and forklift training, with GED/high school diploma and 1–3 years

JOB SUMMARY:
The lead is responsible for all forklift operators in shipping. The Lead is accountable of all drivers following standard operating procedures or SW processes. The Lead is accountable for the safety and efficiency of the equipment the operators use. He is also required to perform driver duties. The lead is expected to provide direction and compliance around activities that support our BRC initiative.
Compensation- $22.00-$27.00/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.

GED or high school diploma, one to three years previous experience in Shipping/Receiving or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
