POM Wonderful is seeking an Arils Lead to oversee finished goods palletizing and order completion. The role ensures hourly case counts, runs plans, and staff training in equipment and processes across assigned areas.
You will enforce GMP and safety rules, coach returning and new employees, and communicate issues to supervision while maintaining professional interactions with the team.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Arils lead is responsible for overseeing the finished goods palletizing and completing of orders, Responsible for hourly case count. Must be able to read and follow the run plan. Must be able to train and coach returning and new employees on equipment and process in assigned areas. Arils leads are responsible for having all the employees in their area always following the GMP’s and safety rules. Must be responsible courteous and professional in all their communications with employees. Inform the supervisor of any issues with any employees.
Base Compensation: $21.00

Able to work in cold and wet environment.
Good vision.
Goodeye handcoordination.
Able to clearly communicate with otherleads or supervisors.
Able to climb stairs and platforms.
Able to watch fast moving conveyors without getting sick.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must have mechanical aptitude.
Prefer someone with leadership experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills(preferredBi- Lingual Spanish/English).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
GED or high school diplomapreferred, or up toone monthrelated experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
