Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum 6 months shipping experience.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify all distribution orders.
• Organize day-to-day duties for distribution.
• Review donor tissue implantation packets prior to release for distribution.
• Inventory management within on-site storage freezer.
• Proper shipping and receiving of non-inventory items.
• Coordinate with ground couriers and maintain delivery expectations.
• Engage with vendors on supplies and inventory needs.
• Oversee projects related to operational optimization.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
