The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must learn quickly and multitask, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Communicate production issues and needs effectively.
• Complete equipment inspection reports each shift.
• Carrying out tasks safely as directed by management.
• Perform routine maintenance or repairs as needed.
