• Be part of Lean Initiatives through 5S and waste reduction.
• Visually inspect outgoing product for quality before shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory after inbound/outbound shipments.
• Audit inventory daily; align with system records across shifts.
• Process inbound/outbound paperwork correctly.
• Keep logs of shipments; accurate records of locations.
• Read and write emails; communicate clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse at all times.
• Enforce safety policies; forklift inspections, exits accessible.
• Provide finished-goods locations to Production Group; manage warehouse layout.
• Overtime during peak times; flexible hours.
• Train staff on shipping procedures.
• Assist Production Group when shipping slows.
