Job summary

RTX is seeking a Warehouse/Receiving professional for a 3rd shift role in Wilson, NC. You will handle receiving operations, packing, and shipping, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.

Responsibilities include documentation, forklift operation, and participating in counts and safety practices. A HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience is expected, with ERP/SAP exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma (or GED) or vocational/technical education with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• PIV experience is preferred.
• Current training in shipping regulations and HazMat packaging is required/recommended.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and prepare products for shipment according to guidelines and customer specs.
• Collaborate with delivery assurance to process outgoing orders timely and accurately.
• Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and discrepancies for traceability.
• Prepare shipping documents including labels, packing slips, and manifests.
• Operate forklifts or similar machinery to load/unload goods safely.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Keep the work area organized and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents.
