Job summary

Reeb Millwork Corporation in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a reliable Shipper to assist in daily shipping, receiving and warehouse operations. You will process shipments, prepare materials for shipment, and provide tracking information as required.

The role supports sales, helps maintain inventory accuracy, and ensures safety and neatness in the warehouse. Forklift experience, basic math, data entry, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems and perform simple math.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in data entry and inventory software.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear safety shoes as required.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and paperwork (carriers, labels, BOLs) using current systems.
• Pick and prepare materials for shipment and assist sales with shipping questions.
• Load/unload materials and maintain a neat, safe workspace.
• Monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate storage locations.
