Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime and rotating shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel as needed.
• Participate in CMC safety programs.
• Communicate production issues and needs clearly.
• Complete equipment inspection reports each shift.
• Perform routine maintenance or repairs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Work safely and comply with PPE rules.
