Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to ensure ergonomic products are picked, packaged and delivered to customers worldwide. You will support inventory accuracy, organize records and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes timely processing of orders, forklift operation, and collaboration with production to meet shipping deadlines. We offer a competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to pass training.
• 6–12 months of experience in receiving and inventory control in a warehouse.
• Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps, ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counts and ERP transactions.
• Operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading freight safely.
• Generate shipping labels and verify completeness of orders.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet shipping deadlines.
