Job summary

Linde Inc. in Wooster, OH is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Control Specialist to operate forklifts, manage receiving and shipping, pick orders, and maintain inventory accuracy in a dynamic warehouse.

You will coordinate with technicians and management, inspect shipments, ensure safety, and work outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 75 lbs, with overtime as needed. Linde offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and forklift operator certification.
• Experience with JDE and setting up UPS and LTL shipments.
• Experience in shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and attention to inventory accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently and organize warehouse products and materials to maintain inventory accuracy
• Further, you will inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accurate quantity, count, and quality, and complete shipping and receiving paperwork on time
• Maintain warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or damage
• Follow all health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• And you will also collaborate with team members and communicate issues or concerns to management
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 75 lbs daily, climb and bend, and work after hours or on call as needed

What makes you great

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $40,500 - $59,400
