Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a Shipping Clerk for first shift to handle shipping, receiving, storage and order fulfillment. You will process orders, prepare shipments, maintain shipping records, and support international and domestic shipments.

The role requires experience with RF scanners, UPS WorldShip, and forklift operations, and involves lifting heavy items. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm and requires a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years documented distribution/warehouse experience in outbound or inbound function.
• RF scanner experience desired but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret shipping documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate distribution equipment.
• Able to train coworkers on distribution equipment.
• Pick, pack and ship orders; prepare and stage products for shipment.
• Manage paperwork and ensure accuracy of shipping records.
• Perform international and domestic shipments and freight quotes.
• Follow work instructions for temperature-controlled and Hazmat shipments.
