Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Shipping Clerk to perform shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfillment tasks across our distribution operations. The role involves checking goods against orders, packing, loading, and maintaining shipping records, with potential forklift operation where required.

Candidates should be able to read and process shipping paperwork, prepare shipments for domestic and international carriers, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience is required or preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Two years distribution/warehouse experience is expected in outbound or inbound functions.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret shipping reports and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping, receiving, storing and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and package products for shipment and calculate weights/shipping charges.
• Complete paperwork and ensure accuracy of orders and labels.
• Operate distribution equipment safely and train coworkers on equipment.
