Qualifications
- 1-2 years of shipping or returns experience required.
- Experience with retail/consumer products preferred.
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS & FedEx Express software.
Responsibilities
- Pick & pack orders.
- Process returns.
- Cross-train to cover the showroom and assist customers in person.
- Ship Amazon orders.
- Prepare off-link shipments.
- Work with UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS & FedEx Express.
