Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and managing less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and working with carriers, production, and office staff to help ensure freight is shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers.
• Communicate with production and office teams regarding order details and shipment status.
• Track LTL shipments and follow up on delivery issues as needed.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and other required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and follow company shipping procedures.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.

Shift Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
