Responsibilities
  • Manifesting, loading trailers, inventory and lot checks for all warehouse locations.
  • Material handling and receiving.
  • Operating powered material handling equipment such as forklifts and stand-up lifts.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Willingness to work in cold and wet environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Must pass forklift license training.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Stand throughout 8–10-hour shifts.
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Pass an MVR check.
  • Read bills of lading, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.

Experience: Minimum 6 months forklift experience (can be cumulative across employers).

The candidate must be able to perform physical job requirements with or without accommodations.

Additional considerations
  • Maximum of two previous Tyson employments considered.
  • 180-day (6 months) waiting period between employments.
