Responsibilities

• Selects cases of products and organizes them on pallets to be sent to H-E-B Stores.
• Prioritizes accuracy and quality in work assignments.
• Performs work tasks in a safe manner, in compliance with work instructions; proactively addresses safety issues.
• Proactively assists other Partners through knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Completes assignments in a timely manner; uses time efficiently to support on-time trailer releases.
• Ensures work meets individual and team productivity goals.
• Operates equipment per SOPs to prevent damage.
• Maintains a clean and well-kept work environment.
• Order Selectors - Pick to Light: selects orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Forklift Operators: loads/unloads safely and efficiently.
• Loaders: loads in an organized, clean, and damage-free manner.
• Automated Facilities: manages end-to-end process in automated system.
