Job summary

STARK Carpet Corp. in Calhoun, GA is hiring a Shipping LTO-1st Shift to support loading and unloading in our warehouse, ensuring shipments are properly labeled, packed, and tracked. The role requires forklift operation, accurate packing lists, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. We offer a Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year. Work environment is warehouse with outdoor exposure.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong time management, organizational and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to remain composed when facing competing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments have proper labels and are packaged correctly.
• Keep accurate shipping records.
• Transfer goods between warehouses.
• Interact with outside companies.
• Prepare detailed packing lists and Bill of Ladings to accompany shipments.
• Must be able to drive a lift truck (Forklift).
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
