Now Hiring: Shipping Forklift Operator (Bilingual Preferred)

Rodgers Wade is looking for a Shipping Forklift Operator to join our team in Paris, Texas. We have one to three years of forklift operating experience. You prioritize safety and have a strong work ethic. The position involves handling sheet stock and other materials for milling machines, unloading and storing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and performing cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Supplies sheet stock and other materials to milling machines.
• Unloads incoming sheet stock and related materials, receives them into the database, and appropriately puts them away.
• Records materials issued to work orders in the Mill.
• Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments and inventory by performing the following duties:
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and notifies supervision to reconcile differences.
• Enters incoming raw materials into inventory database.
• Performs necessary cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy.
