Ryder is hiring Crown Stand Up Forklift Operators in Northlake, Texas. The position offers weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a career you can feel good about.

Pay Details:

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to Night Shift
• Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00 pm to 3:00 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator's Licensecertified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
