Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions, LLC in Plano, TX, is seeking an Expeditor/Material Handler, 1st Shift, to package, weigh and label printed materials for shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

You will operate lift trucks and pallet jacks, maintain shipping logs, and coordinate with the Shipping Manager to meet deadlines; basic computer and Excel skills are required, with experience in mail software a plus, and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and interpret operation and maintenance documents.
• Experience operating forklift and basic computer/Excel knowledge is preferred.
• Familiarity with mail software and shipping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package, weigh, and label printed materials for shipment by FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
• Assemble, pack, and prepare packing slips for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain shipping logs and report to Shipping Manager.
• Operate lift trucks or pallet jacks to move shipments safely.
• Comply with safety rules and adapt to changing needs.
