Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking team members to accurately identify, stage, and load products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will stack pallets, label shipments, verify dates and case counts, and ensure proper packaging and barcodes while upholding strict food-safety standards.

All shifts are possible; strong focus on attendance, safety, and following GMPs. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plan options, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Report regularly and on time to work and meet overtime/weekend hours as scheduled.
• Follow GMPs and all food safety procedures.
• Work safely and model good safety habits.
• Ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and yard goat certification.
• Learn and use the EMW system for shipping and warehouse management.
• Lift 50–80 lb boxes repeatedly.
• Willingness to work various shifts and nonstandard hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify, stage and load product accurately.
• Stack pallets by order number and product code.
• Label pallets with Master Order Number.
• Verify price, pull dates and case counts to the pick sheet.
• Take completed pallets to the correct manifest operator or stage area.
• Wrap and load pallets completed by manifest operator.
• Check stage area for a completed pallet.
• Ensure all cases are labeled and have a scannable barcode.
• Maintain and improve quality and food safety per company standards and USDA requirements.
