Job Details

Pay rates start at $21.95 per hour, including an attendance premium of $0.25, shift premiums of $0.50 and $1.00 for swing and night shifts respectively, and a longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, stage, and load products accurately.
  • Stack pallets properly by order number and product code.
  • Label pallets with master order number.
  • Verify pricing, pull dates, and case counts against the pick sheet.
  • Transport completed pallets to the correct area or manifest operator.
  • Wrap and load pallets as directed by the manifest operator.
  • Check the staging area for completed pallets.
  • Ensure all cases are labeled with scannable barcodes.
  • Maintain quality and food safety standards in compliance with company and USDA regulations.
Qualifications
  • Report punctually and work required hours, including overtime and weekends.
  • Follow established rules, procedures, and accept constructive feedback.
  • Work safely and demonstrate good safety habits.
  • Adhere to GMPs and food safety procedures.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work in cold environments.
  • Obtain forklift, pallet jack, and yard goat certifications.
  • Learn and use the EMW system for shipping and warehouse management.
  • Lift boxes weighing 50-80 pounds repeatedly.
  • Willing to work various shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours.
  • Stand on concrete, grating, or metal floors for extended periods.
  • Demonstrate dependability, especially regarding safety and attendance.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
