The role involves preparing shipments, loading trucks, maintaining organized staging areas, operating forklift and pallet jack equipment safely, verifying documents, and collaborating with teammates to meet schedules and maintain high quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or shipping environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Keep shipping areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Safely operate forklift and pallet jack equipment.
• Line up shipments for scheduled pickups and verify order accuracy.
• Prepare orders for shipment with labeling and securing loads.
• Load trucks according to schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
• Check shipping documents and stage packages properly for pickup.
• Cross-train with other departments to support flexibility.
• Support safety and process improvement initiatives.
