Responsibilities

• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Pulling, pushing, loading, and relocating plants
• Works on scaffolding as a regular part of duties
• Supervise, direct, and assist crew with production goals
• Moves inventory by running reports for area’s to be moved to and from the warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
• Verifying and maintaining a desired level of quality
• Helps to coach and train employees within the department
• Ensure employees follow safety requirements and operations processes
• Other duties as assigned by management
