Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and crop hygiene is maintained.
• Learn irrigation and nutritional needs of crops and perform watering as needed.
• Carry out fertilizing and apply pesticides as directed.
• Assess plant health daily and report issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
• Maintain the work area and follow training instructions.
