Mt. Juliet - Shipping Crew Lead - Weekend Shift (Reporting to Shipping Supervisor) - Receive over 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year!

Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce an opening for our Mt. Juliet Warehouse in our Shipping Department. We are seeking a talented Weekend Shift Shipping Crew Lead (Hours- 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday through Sunday) who has experience in the warehouse distribution environment to join the Weekend Shift Team. This position will disseminate the daily Shipping processing schedule to the crew they are assigned.

What You'll Do

Essential duties and responsibilities of the crew lead position include:

• Verify Orders
• Arrange teams and disseminate daily workload
• Perform packing and shipping processes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully,

• Ability to work the shift (6:30am to 5:00 pm, Thursday through Sunday) plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous leadership experience a plus
• Basic understanding of shipment methods and carriers
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills are a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
• Desire to grow with our company
• An attention to detail where accuracy is key
• An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
• Previous picking and packing experience
