Job Summary:

To contribute to the smooth operation of the Shipping Department by coordinating the warehouse shipping functions and providing administrative support to shipping warehouse management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipping functions.
  • Prepare, sort, and issue picking labels to order selectors in correct sequence.
  • Check inventory on the computer for items that cannot be located.
  • Apply adjustments to existing invoices using supplied information.
  • Apply catch weights to appropriate items using supplied information.
  • Check inventory on the computer for items that cannot be located.
  • Complete special projects and any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.


Part time schedule:

Wednesday and Friday 11am to 7pm.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6-12 months warehouse shipping and receiving admin support and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

1-2 years warehouse shipping and receiving admin support and data entry

OSHA Forklift operator certificate
