AeroVironment is seeking a Shipping Coordinator III to manage packaging, labeling and shipping of finished goods. You will coordinate with transportation companies and verify invoices, bills and charges for shipments.
The role requires 2-4 years in global shipping, HAZMAT certification, and experience with major carriers. It includes compliance, documentation, and cross-department communication in a fast-paced environment.

The Shipping Coordinator III performs activities related to the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished goods. Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies. Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods. Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary. Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.

The salary range for this role is: $23 - $35
