Job summary

PFG Customized in Lebanon, TN provides administrative support for the Shipping Department, handling communication, paperwork and key data-entry tasks. You will work as a teammate within the department to ensure accurate, on-time processing and reporting.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9am to finish (typically 8–10 hours) with compensation at $18.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED and be reliable, accurate, and able to work in a multi-temperature warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ months warehouse shipping and/or receiving admin support and data entry.
• Assist/backup Truck Builder Software.
• Ability to communicate information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer systems and 10-key as required.
• Coordinate shipping function and SAE Console maintenance.
• Assist/back up Truck Builder Software operations.
• Clerical duties and invoicing for shipments.
• Perform daily shift reports and prepare picking labels.
