We are searching for a day shift Outbound Order & Shipping Coordinator to join our team!

• The wage range for this role is $18.75 - $22.50 per hour, plus bonuses (when eligible), based on experience.

What will you be doing?

The Outbound Order & Shipping Coordinator is responsible for entering non-EDI orders, processing orders for materials, merchandise, and services received from customers, vendors, or employees by email, telephone, and fax. You will inform customers of unit prices, discounts, shipping charges, delivery date changes, anticipated delays, and other necessary information.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to all incoming emails and correspondences promptly.
• Working with Sales & Production Control to maintain delivery metrics required by customers and Agri-Fab.
• Participating in and editing monthly reports for delivery metrics to the manager.
• Reviewing orders and consolidating outbound shipments for cost efficiency.
• Coordinating with trucks for pickup of finished goods and contract parts via customer portals or internal shipping portals.
• Managing and updating ship dates to meet customer vendor compliance policies.
• Assisting in reviewing and disputing vendor compliance charges.
• Administering customer portals, including setup and updates.
• Evaluating inventory availability and sharing concerns with the team.
• Maintaining ecommerce inventory feeds and bins as required.
• Preparing export paperwork and consolidated bills of lading.
• Participating in reviews of customer report cards/metrics to meet delivery performance expectations.
