Job description

You’ll be the Shipping Coordinator who turns "we should look into that" into a sized, scoped, defensible recommendation for Fox Corporation. A senior seat in IA that values SAP WM, pays $87,000 - $125,000 for 7 years of it, and hands you the wheel early.

Key Responsibilities

• Flag the assumption in the plan that everything else quietly rests on
• Draft the business case that gets a high-trust initiative funded past committee
• Carry a wildly-collaborative business problem from whiteboard to working pilot in Ames, IA
• Build the model that tells you when to stop a losing business bet
• Reallocate spend toward whatever business channel is actually working

What You’ll Bring

• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don’t agree yet
• Comfort owning business decisions in an IA market
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a senior capacity
• Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable
• 6 or more years steering business projects end to end
• Willingness to relocate to Ames, IA, or to make remote work

Recognized for our people-first work in business, Fox Corporation continues to grow its presence across IA. Our IA crew runs on candor, caffeine, and a stubborn refusal to ship sloppy work.

Picture $87,000 - $125,000 as the floor, not the ceiling, with growth coaching and a benefits package that actually flexes around your life.
