Job summary

Advanced Assembly, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support incoming and outgoing shipments in our manufacturing operation. You will verify orders, prepare items for shipment, and maintain accurate inventory records to help keep deliveries on schedule.

You’ll use Microsoft 365 tools daily, follow shipping procedures, and collaborate with Sales to meet daily deadlines. This is a full-time on-site role with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay of $20–$23,

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipment and verify order details for accuracy.
• Check counts, weights, and measurements for shipments.
• Verify shipping information against bills of lading, invoices and orders.
