Job summary

Fenix Parts in Haltom City, TX is seeking a Shipping Clerk to oversee shipping/receiving, inspect parts for quality, and enter shipping data into the YMS system. The role includes part staging and general warehouse duties, with a focus on safety and forklift operation.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an overnight shift from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., ensuring timely processing and shipment of automotive parts to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Prior forklift operation experience highly preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer proficiency, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of small packages via third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts to guarantee they meet Fenix quality standards before shipment.
• Data Management: Accurately enter shipping information into the YMS system.
• Part Staging: Organize and prepare parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks.
• Warehouse Duties: Perform general warehouse tasks in addition to specific shipping duties.
• Safety: Ensure the safe operation of forklift equipment and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements:
