Luminator Technology Group is hiring a Shipping Clerk I to join our Logistics team in a hands-on role handling receiving, checking, and recording shipments. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate data, inventory integrity, and efficient warehouse operations.

The position requires a HS diploma, at least 3 years in shipping/receiving, and familiarity with inventory control, material flow, and customer service principles. We offer competitive benefits and an in-office work environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent, required.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving or related field; knowledge of schematics, preferred.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas using forklifts or other equipment.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records to verify accuracy.
• Record shipment data such as weight, charges, space, damages, or discrepancies.
• Confer with establishment representatives to rectify problems.
