Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and comfort with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, inspect, package, and ship merchandise.
• Provide customer service for order inquiries and tracking.
• Print labels and shipping documents.
• Check order status and enter information into the computer system.
• Assist with inventory counts and coordinate with team on pickups/deliveries.
• Perform general cleaning and stocking in the shipping area.
• Assist with unloading trucks/trailers as necessary.
