Job summary

• Experience in shipping/receiving operations is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling daily domestic and international shipping requirements.
• Ensuring outgoing orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Receiving and distributing incoming shipments to the appropriate department.
• Maintaining receiving logs and other records.
• Stocking products by lot number using FIFO.
• Keeping the department clean and organized.
• Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors.
• Contributing to a safe and professional work environment.

• Fulfilling daily international and domestic shipping requirements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by making sure outgoing orders are accurately packed and shipped in a timely manner
• Ensuring packages are shipped daily based on the assigned order of priority
• Receiving and distributing incoming shipments to the appropriate department and/ or personnel
• Monitoring and maintaining effective recordkeeping (i.e. Receiving Log, etc.)
• Pulling/ re-stocking products by lot number, bases on a first in first out basis
• Keeping the department clean and organized
• Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and lead/supervisor.
• Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations
• Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff
• Performs other duties as assigned
