Description
  • Communicate daily with DC personnel and management
  • Create, monitor, and verify tally sheets, picklists, shipping labels, and associated documentation
  • Generate and verify Bill of Lading, packing slips/unload sheets, and cross-border documentation
  • Complete container exits on time
  • Validate customer instructions and requirements
  • Complete the required internal and external daily, weekly, and monthly forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Interface internally with the client, their customers, and the carriers
  • Answer office phones and radio calls
  • Maintain filing of records
  • Assist and back up the load planner
